We reply to every email within one business day. Write to us over a weekend or a holiday and you will hear back on the next working day.

Email is usually the faster route. It lets us look up your order, check the tracking, and send you a prepaid return label all in one reply, rather than reading a tracking number down the phone.

Before you write

You will get a faster answer if you include your order number. It is in your confirmation email and starts with a #.

Where is my order? Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email first. If tracking has not updated in more than five days, write to us and we will chase the carrier.

I want to return something. Read our Refund Policy, then email us. Do not buy a return label — we send you one, free.

I ordered the wrong size or colour. Email us as soon as you can. If the order has not shipped yet we can usually change it. If it has already gone out, we will sort out an exchange.

I never got my confirmation email. Check your spam folder. If it is not there, email us with the name and address you used at checkout.
