60 days, and we pay the return postage
If you are not happy with your order, you have 60 days from the day it arrives to send it back. We email you a prepaid return label — you do not pay a cent to return anything.
Most stores give you 30 days and make you cover the postage. We think that is a bit mean, so we don't do it.
What we need
To be refunded, an item must be:
- In the condition it arrived in, unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging where there was any
- Complete, including any remotes, batteries, adhesive strips, or accessories
Cards and printed items must be unused and in the original pack. We cannot resell cards that have been handed out.
How to start a return
- Email support@whomadethis.shop with your order number and tell us what you would like to send back.
- We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label.
- Print the label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off.
Please do not send anything back before you have contacted us. Parcels returned without a label from us can go missing and we cannot refund what we do not receive.
When you get your money back
Once your return arrives we inspect it and email you the outcome, normally within two business days.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider usually takes a further 5 to 10 business days to show the money in your account. That part is out of our hands.
Damaged, faulty, or wrong item
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. Do not send the item back until we ask you to — often we do not need it back.
Exchanges
The quickest way to swap a size or colour is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. That way you are not waiting for the return to arrive before the replacement ships.
If you would rather we handle it as a straight exchange, email us and we will arrange it.
Cancelling an order
Email us as soon as possible. If the order has not been packed we cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped we cannot cancel, but you can return it under the 60-day policy above.
What we cannot refund
- Items returned after 60 days
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
- Free gifts and promotional items, unless returned with the paid item they came with
- Gift cards
