These Terms of Service govern your use of whomadethis.shop, operated by KYDO Smart Shopping LLC, trading as Who Made This. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use this Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our products are novelty items intended for adults. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Products and pricing

We do our best to show our products accurately, but screens vary and colours may not appear exactly as they do in person. Product descriptions and prices may change without notice.

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, is out of stock, or where an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. Until then we may cancel it and refund you.

You are responsible for giving us a correct and complete shipping address. See our Shipping Policy for what happens if an address is wrong.

4. Using our products responsibly

Our products are made for humour, not harassment. You agree to use them lawfully and sensibly.

You are responsible for making sure your use of a product complies with the laws where you live and drive, including any local rules on vehicle lighting, signage, and leaving items on other people's property. Nothing on this Site is legal advice.

If you send us photos, reviews, or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to promote our products. You confirm you own that content and that using it will not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.
